We are pleased to offer Gift Certificates. Please note that Gift Certificates are valid for one year, and must be mentioned at the time you set your appointment. Gift Certificates are not applicable for Ladies Spa Retreat or Group events. Please contact us for further details.
Please note: A steam or sauna may be added before or after any of our Massage or Spa Treatments (where not already included) for $10.00. Pre-booking is necessary for the sauna, due to preheat time.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice when rescheduling or canceling an appointment as this time is held just for you. We will do our utmost to fill that vacated appointment time if notified in less than 24 hours, but if we are unable to do so, or in the case of a "no show", you will be billed as per treatment. Gift Certificate appointments will be held with the Gift Certificate number. In order for Gift Certificates to be honoured, the number must be given when the appointment is booked. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Therapeutic Massage This massage is specifically for work related injuries, sports injuries, motor vehicle accident related injuries, repetitive use injuries and conditions, and all other disease processes including palliative care. All of these conditions will benefit from therapeutic massage. When indicated exercise regimens will also be prescribed. Swedish Massage  This massage covers a wide range of massage applied to soft tissue which includes the skin, muscle, tendons, ligaments and fascia, utilizing a range of techniques and strokes. These strokes and techniques include: Long strokes, "kneading of muscles", Percussive techniques, rolling of fingers, and vibration, to name just a few. This massage also employs oils that are beneficial to the skin. It improves circulation, eases muscle aches and pains, improves flexibility, and provides overall relaxation. De-Stress (Relaxation) Massage Known to reduce blood pressure,boost the immune system and regulate the endocrine system, regular relaxation massage is one of the best things you can do to aid your body in combating stress and it's unhealthy effects on the body. Neuromuscular Therapy Massage Neuromuscular therapy or "N.M.T." is based on the concept that there are neurological laws that govern the performance of the nervous and musculoskeletal systems. Specific massage and diagnostic techniques are used to treat the WHOLE individual rather than utilizing a symptomatic approach. This method is based on promoting soft tissue relaxation, strength and endurance. Sports Massage Pre event (performance enhancement), post event (restoration), prevention, and rehabilitation issues all respond well to massage therapy. In combination with sauna, steam bath, application of hydrotherapy (ice, hot cold contrasting, etc.) massage can be very effective in supporting the athlete and preparing soft tissue as part of training for peak performance. Manual Lymphatic Drainage "M.L.D" can be used to treat many conditions such as severe acute whiplash, edemas resulting from injuries, post surgical issues (i.e. plastic surgery), fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. M.L.D. Is primarily used to treat lymphedema issues in Post Mastectomy and cancer patients. (i.e. swollen "edemic" LIMBS resulting from damage to the lymph nodes and fields as a result of surgery.) In combination with hydrotherapy,burns and keloids (scars), also respond very well to M.L.D. treatment. This treatment is a very soothing and light type of massage that rapidly reduces bruising from injury and acts as an analgesic, reducing pain. An M.L.D. massage (full body) is also a great way to "boost" the immune system. Trained in the Dr. Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Combined Decongestive Therapy, Allen updates his credentials every 2 years, in order to stay current. |

Late arrival may mean a shortened appointment. For those treatments that require travel throughout our clinic/spa you will be provided with a robe and "disposable" undergarments. These highly concentrated minerals are absorbed and healthful.

Cognac Cherry Salt Glow Treatment time ~ approx. 50 minutes Cost ~ $70.00 Those long winter nights just got better with the latest addition to our salt glows...The Absolute Spas "Cognac Cherry Mineral Buff". Your skin will be "sloughed" of dead skin cells, the PH balance restored, and it will be smooth as silk! This is a real treat!..and requires no moisturizing application afterward so it's a great treatment for the gal or guy in a hurry who wants it all in one treatment. This treatment uses the Pevonia Body Scrub, a blend of Chamomile, Sage, Rosemary, Jojoba, Aloe and Lemon to delight the skin and senses. This wrap is a favorite with spa goers of the Absolute Spa in Vancouver and it's no wonder why! A yummy mix of chocolate, wild yam, clay and glycerin, this wrap will soothe and moisturize your skin, while the delightful aroma of chocolate will tease your senses! First your skin is exfoliated using our chocolate sea salts, and then the wrap is applied. Following the wrap, you will be moisturized with our Chocolate Whipped Cream lotion which is rich in avocado oil, aloe vera, echinacea, and red clover! It's a great moisturizer for really dry skin! The aroma of this treatment is a real favourite...........and will subtly stay with you all day!
Cost ~ $55.00 This pedicure treatment begins with a relaxing foot soak in Gehwol Salts. Next the feet are exfoliated, and heels are "sanded", and moisturized. Cuticles are treated and shaped, nails are shaped and buffed, and the feet are massaged and moisturized. Polish and top coat complete the pedicure, and you can take home the nail file, orange stick, and pedi sandals. We have a wide selection of Nail Polishes to choose from in either ZOYA or OPI brands. Linda is a graduate of the North American School of Podology and is now a certified licensed Podologist. Some extended Health Care Plans will reimburse for a Podology foot care treatment (I.e.: as in the case of Diabetic Foot care). Please see your plan for coverage. Deluxe Pedicure Treatment time ~ 1½ Hours Cost ~ $60.00 The feet are soaked in sea salts for cleansing and softening...then experience a sugar or salt glow scrub for the feet...truly wonderful, and restores the PH mantle of the skin, and restores natural silkiness. Next the nails are trimmed, cuticles shaped, nails are buffed, and heels are smoothed and sanded. A lower leg and foot massage follows. If you wish nails will be painted. Ask about our art specials for the nails as well! Dry Heat Finnish Sauna Our specialty European Sauna is bright and open, designed with a large glass door and two seating benches. Use with aroma therapy if you choose. European Steam/Shower Hydrating Deep Heat Wax Treatment Full Body Wraps (Hot/Cold Contrasts) Spa Etiquette and Considerations for Group Treatments At the time of booking for a group retreat or conference, a $50.00 deposit and/or Visa number will be required. This deposit will ensure that your time is held for you and your group. 72 hours notice is required for cancellation and your deposit will be refunded. Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice will cause forfeiture of the deposit. At the time of your booking we will also require the names and addresses of the members of your spa group, so that we can mail them an information brochure and packet. This will avoid any confusion regarding pricing or services on "spa night" and ensure a delightful visit and relieve any anxiety for "first timers" as well. We will do our utmost to see that this package is a fun and memorable one for all. Ladies Spa Retreat  We offer custom 4-hour Spa Sessions for groups. Each guest will enjoy our sauna, a relaxing massage, a luxurious salt glow/body polish, and a pampering spa pedicure. Wrap in a comfy terry robe and curl up in our "Green Room" or near the fireplace while enjoying refreshments, a relaxing video, or soft music. Those who have shared this unique spa experience have said it is truly unforgettable! This Ladies Spa Retreat is for invigorating you and your friendships. Gift Certificates are not applicable for the Ladies Spa Retreat or Group events. Booking well in advance is essential.
